Menopause information an AI agent can relay safely
A read-only service covering 28 symptoms, 15 linked conditions, and the options that help, graded by strength of evidence. General information, not medical advice and not a diagnosis.
- Urgent signs come first. Every request is screened for warning signs such as bleeding after menopause, chest pain, stroke signs, and thoughts of self-harm. If one is present, the response leads with what to do now.
- Every answer carries its doctor flag. Each symptom and condition returns its "when to see a doctor" text.
- No unsourced numbers. Success rates and prevalence figures are not returned.
- Nothing she swallows without a reviewed caution. Supplements and herbs are returned only when the record has a written caution. The rest are named as withheld, with no claims.
- Her words are never stored. The log keeps the matched topic and the day. Nothing else.

What it will not do
It does not diagnose, suggest a dose, read lab results, keep a journal, or hold an account. It does not sell or link to products. The website's blood panel reader, journal and saved labs are not part of this service.
Who is speaking
Rose is a pen name. She is a real woman going through menopause who writes Rose My Friend with a small team, from her own experience and her reading of the published research. She keeps her identity private. She is not a clinician.

A named clinical reviewer has not yet been appointed. Until then, supplement and herbal guidance is withheld from this service. Content follows the site's editorial standards and evidence methodology.
Privacy
No accounts, keys or cookies. For each request the service stores the matched topic (for example "sleep-disruption"), the tool used, the day, and the calling software's name. It never stores the words that were sent. A one-hour salted hash of the network address is kept in a separate table, only to limit abuse, and is never linked to a topic.
